Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a password reset link at your registered email address.

Open your device's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Kinetic Pro → Cancel. You'll keep Pro benefits until the end of your billing period.
Is my data backed up? expand_more
Yes. All workout data syncs to the cloud automatically. If you sign in on a new device, your full history will be there.
Can I use Kinetic offline? expand_more
Yes. Kinetic works fully offline. Your data will sync to the cloud when you reconnect.
How do I delete my account? expand_more
Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
What exercises does Kinetic support? expand_more
Kinetic includes 800+ exercises across all muscle groups, with support for both weight/reps and time/distance tracking.
